Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a fun vintage molded plastic LIGHT BULB table lamp. Circa '70s / '80s. The bulb portion can detach from the round black base if you need to change out the lightbulb. This lamp does not take a standard sized bulb - it operates on a smaller, Christmas bulb style bulb. There is an inline on/off switch which is used to turn the lamp on and off. We are uncertain as to the maker as we have not found a signature or marking, and there are no tags attached anywhere.
Measurements: The lamp measures approx. 21.75" tall x 12" wide x 12" deep . The round black base is approx. 10.75" in diameter.
Condition: Overall, the lamp is in good condition. There is one small stable flaw in the form of a tight crack on the back side of the lamp where the hold is for the light and socket to clip onto the bulb. As mentioned, this flaw is stable, and doesn't particularly affect anything. It's also on the back side, so it can be hidden from view by facing a wall, and you won't even know that it's there. Other than that, it appears to be clean, but can probably benefit from a good once over - we'll leave that up to the purchaser to handle. The electrical wiring appears to be original, and is in good shape - no frays, splits, exposed or brittle wires. The lamp is in fully-functioning, working condition. As with all vintage lighting and electronics, we always strongly urge having a licensed professional inspect the wiring prior to long-term use just to be safe. Priced accordingly, and being sold "as-is" - if you have questions, we do encourage you to ask them before purchasing as all sales are final. Please bid with confidence, and thanks for looking.
