Reserved For Mary- Whimsical Vintage 70s Butterfly Flowers Painting Modern Art Wall Hanging Signed Garret MCM
Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a sweet vintage oil painting done on masonite artist board and framed in a thin edge wooden frame that is a green color. Circa '70s. Signed by the artist in the lower right-hand corner of the painting: Garret (see photos). Still retains its original price tag attached to the back side of the board.
Measurements: Including the green toned wooden frame, the item measures approx. 25" wide x 25" tall.
Condition: Very good condition - the paining is free from having any issues - no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, scratches, etc. The frame is structurally solid and intact. It shows mild signs of scattered color loss that are consistent with age and handling, but nothing bad or distracting. There is no wire hanging mechanism attached to the frame - the painting can simply hang balanced on the end of a nail, or a new wire mechanism can be added. We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
