Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a fun vintage oil painting done on canvas. Circa '80s. The painting features some beautiful mountains with a waterfall flowing down them, and a small figure standing on a bridge towards the bottom. The painting is signed (see photo), and it is framed in a nice thick wooden frame. It is ready to be enjoyed in a new home!
Measurements: Including the wooden surround frame, approx. 27" tall x 31" wide.
Condition: Very good condition - no rips, holes, tears, punctures, repairs, etc. The wooden frame has a few small dings, but nothing that we'd consider objectionable by any means. There is a wire hanging mechanism on the back for hanging, so it is ready to be displayed. We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
