Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage landscape / scenery oil painting done on artist board canvas. While we cannot clearly make out the signature, it is signed about 1/4" up from the bottom right-side of the canvas (see photos).
Measurements: Including the frame, approx. 14.25" wide x 13.5" tall.
Condition: Very good vintage condition. The painting doesn't appear to have any issues - there are no rips, holes, tears, repairs, scratches, etc. We have not attempted to clean it in any manner as it displays very nicely in its current state. The frame is structurally solid, but shows some gentle signs of wear (ie. spotting). Nothing major, but we wanted to mention it for accuracy. Being sold "as-is", "as-described". Please review all of the accompanying photos as together with the description, they constitute the item's condition.

Custom and personalized orders
We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
