Vintage 50s 60s Brass Metal Moe Light Bowtie Wall Sconce Lamp Light Mid Century Modern Atomic Era

Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a super cool vintage bowtie wall sconce / light / lamp manufactured by Moe Lighting. Circa '50s / '60s. The brass metal is pierced which allows a small amount of light to shine through the shade. The fixture utilizes two bulbs - one that is directed upward, while the other is directed downward. There is an on/off switch located on the edge of the wall plate (see photos). The fixture still retains its original Moe Light label on the inside of the brass wall plate. An excellent addition for any mid century modern or atomic-themed interior setting.

Measurements: The sconce measures approx. 14.5" tall x 5.5" wide (both at the top and bottom) x 3.25" wide (at the center) x 4.5" deep. The round brass wall plate measures approx. 4.75" in diameter.

Condition: Good vintage condition with no major problems to report. There are small minor superficial scratches, but nothing that's too noticeable. They can probably be buffed out, or just left alone. We chose to leave it in the condition in which it was acquired. There are no breaks, bends, rust, oxidation, repairs, etc. The fixtures are in working order - they just need to be hardwired into place by a certified electrician. As with all vintage lighting, we always recommend having a licensed professional inspect the item prior to long-term use.
