Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a beautiful and quite large Asian-themed framed watercolor painting by artist, André. Circa '50s / '60s. The frame surrounding the painting appears to be made of wood. There is a glass panel covering the front surface of the artwork. It is signed "André" towards the lower right-hand corner (see photos). It'll make a great addition to any mid century modern / asian-themed setting.
Measurements: Including the frame, approx. 32.25" wide x 28.25" tall.
Condition: Very good vintage condition - the painting itself appears to be free from rips, holes, tears, stains, repairs, etc. The frame is structurally solid. There are a few surface flakes to the paint finish on the frame (see photos) - can very easily be touched up or just left alone - doesn't distract in our opinion, and is solely being mentioned for accuracy. The original paper lining and wire hanging mechanism on the reverse side of the frame have been replaced as the existing paper was tattered, and the wire was pretty old. Being sold "as-is" - if you have questions, we encourage you to ask them prior to purchase, and we will respond back to you in a timely manner.

We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
