Vintage 50s 60s Abstract Cubist Woodblock Print Art Mid Century Modern Wall Hanging Solomon Bible

Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale an amazing vintage woodblock print depicting the Judgement of Solomon from the Hebrew Bible. Circa '60s. Materials: Paper, Ink. Style: Abstract / Cubist. Colors: Black and White. While we cannot clearly make out the signature and date, they do appear on the front of the artwork in the lower right-hand corner (see photos). The date looks like it either reads '59 or '69 - it's a little tricky to decipher. There is a wire hanging mechanism on the back for display purposes. It'll make a nice addition to any modern interior setting!

Measurements: Including the simple black colored wooden frame, this piece measures approx. 31" tall x 17.5" wide. The visible artwork along, excluding the frame and matting. measures approx. 23" tall x 9.5" wide.

Condition: Very good condition. The artwork does not appear to display any problems - no rips, holes tears, stains, repairs, etc. The frame and glass are in good shape as well. The brown paper lining on the back side of the frame shows some rips and tears - it doesn't affect anything, so we just chose to leave it as it is. It can easily and inexpensively be replaced, if desired - we'll leave that up to the purchaser to decide on. Please bid with confidence.
