Vintage 60s Brass Torchiere Floor Lamp Mid Century Modern Pierced Shade Lighting MCM Atomic Era

Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a lovely vintage atomic era torchiere floor lamp. Circa '60s. Materials: Brass, Metal. The shade rests flush inside the socket cup, and is easily removable. It has pierced holes in it which allows for light to be directed outward. The lamp has a standard on/off rotary knob switch located at the level of the socket. The base is heavy and weight as well, so it's a nice solid lamp! It'll look great in any mcm interior setting!

Measurements: With the pierced metal shade attached, the lamp stands 64" tall x 17" in diameter (measured across the top opening on the shade). The shade is approx. 7" tall x 17" x 17".

Condition: Very goo condition - no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. The lamp is pretty clean given its age. The base does have a few small faint tarnish marks, but nothing major. There is also one very small shallow dimple on the top surface of the base - it's hard to see in the photographs. The electrical wiring looks to be in good shape, and it is free from splits, exposed or being brittle. The lamp is in fully functioning, working condition.
