Vintage Plastic Light Up Sign Lamp Party Headquarters Old Mr. Boston Advertising

Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a fun vintage "Party Headquarters" / Old Mr. Boston Light-Up Advertising Sign. Circa '70s. Materials: Plastic. Colors: Red, White, Blue and Black. Takes four (4) standard size light bulbs. Has a wire hanging mechanism for displaying. Would look great in a man cave setting!

Measurements: Approx. 18.25" tall x 16" wide x 4.25" deep.

Condition: Decent vintage condition, but does have some cosmetic flaws which we'll mention here. First off, it appears someone screwed the central metal finial on too tight as there are a few cracks in the plastic (see photos). They are completely stable, as the plastic doesn't seem to separate where they are. Alas, they are there. Not too terribly noticeable unless you are looking for them. When hanging on a wall, the visibility of them diminishes. Next, the very top panel shows fading (see photos). It's on the very top, so unless you are looking at the fixture from the top down, you won't notice it. Aside from that, the remainder of the colors and graphics appear to be good. The sign is in fully-functioning, working order. As with all vintage lighting, we always strongly recommend having the lamps inspected by a licensed professional prior to long-term use.
