Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a wonderful vintage architectural / landscape / scenery oil painting done on hard artist board. Circa '60s. The painting is framed in a beautiful vintage wormwood frame (see photos). It is signed and dated by the artist in the lower left-hand corner of the canvas board: P.S. Naylor, '60 (see photos). It'll make a nice addition to any modern interior setting!
Measurements: Including the wooden frame, approx. 20.5" tall x 28.75" wide.
Condition: Very good vintage condition. No problems to report with the artwork or the frame. Everything is intact and displays beautifully. No breaks, bends, creases, chips, cracks, stains, repairs, etc. There is a wire hanging mechanism on the reverse side of the frame for hanging / display purposes. Being sold "as-is", so if you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask them prior to bidding.

We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
