Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale an AMAZING framed and matted vintage woodblock print by artist, Eugene Larkin. Dated 1954. Titled: "Orestes and Electra at the tomb of Agamemnon". Colors: Black, Dark Beige. It is signed in graphite along the bottom edge of the paper (see photos). It is also numbered (26/33) along the bottom edge. The print is matted and is protected behind glass within a wooden frame. There is a wire hanging mechanism on the reverse side for display purposes. Suitable for any modern interior setting!
Measurements: Including the wooden frame, it measures approx. 27" tall x 34.5" wide. The visible artwork alone, excluding the frame and matting, measures approx. 20.5" tall x 28.5" wide.
Condition: Very good vintage condition - the artwork appears to be free from having any issues - there are no rips, holes, tears, stains, etc. The frame shows light traces of wear that are consistent with age and handling. It is structurally sound, and displays well. It's ready to be enjoyed in a new home.
