Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a great vintage oil painting done on a wooden board. Circa '60s. Theme: Boy Fishing. The painting is framed within a rustic looking vintage wooden frame. It is signed by the artist, Les McCandless, in the lower right-hand corner of the painting, and it is dated 5/20/61 (see photos). There is a wire hanging mechanism on the reverse side for hanging / display purposes.
Measurements: Including the wooden frame, this piece measures approx. 37.25" tall x 31" wide. The visible painting itself, excluding the wooden frame, measures approx. 29.5" tall x 23.5" wide.
Condition: Good condition - shows only minimal traces of wear that are consistent with age and handling. No breaks, cracks, repairs, damage, etc. It displays nicely, and is ready to be enjoyed in a new home!
