Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a super cool vintage cylinder lamp. Circa '70s. The surface of the base is wood, and randomly placed on the surface are six (6) hexagonal-shaped accents pieces which are done in what looks like varying shades of orange enamel. The lamp has a standard on/off rotary knob switch that is located at the socket (see photos). We are uncertain as to who designed / manufactured the lamp - there are no labels or tags present. This lamp base does not come with a shade - it'll be left up to the purchaser to provide one on their own.
Measurements: The lamp stands approx. 44" tall (measured from the bottom of the round base to the top of the finial that is attached to the harp). The distance from the bottom of the base to the light socket is approx. 29.5" high. The cylinder portion of the lamp is approx. 21" tall x 6.5' in diameter. The hexagonal accents on the cylinder portion of the base are approx. 3" x 3".
Condition: Good condition. There are some minor blemishes, but nothing that we'd consider distracting - no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. The electrical wiring looks to be original, and it is in good shape - no frays, splits, exposed, hard / brittle wires. The lamp is in fully-functioning, working order. As with all vintage lighting, we always strongly recommend having the lamps inspected by a licensed professional prior to long-term use. They are being sold "as-is" - if you have questions, we do encourage you to ask them before purchasing, and we will respond back to you in a timely manner. All sales are final. Please bid with confidence.
