Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a wonderful vintage surreal oil painting done on stretched canvas by St. Louis artist, Horsley Nunley. The artist held the position of City Art Museum Director in St. Louis. Materials: Oil Paint, Stretched Canvas, Wood Surround Frame, Wire. Colors: Multi-color. The artist's name is written on the wood on the reverse side of the stretcher (see photo). A definite statement piece in size and theme that is suitable for any modern interior setting!
Measurements: Including the wooden frame, approx. 61" wide x 37" tall.
Condition: Very good condition - the canvas if free from having any issues - no rips, tears, creases, punctures, holes, etc. The vintage wooden frame shows only gentle signs of wear that are commensurate with age and handling - nothing objectionable whatsoever. There is presently a wire hanging mechanism attached to the back side of the frame for hanging. It is being sold "as-is" - if you have questions that we did not already cover, please contact us directly and we'll be more than happy to get back to you. Thanks for looking, and please check out our other active listings presently on eBay.
PLEASE NOTE BEFORE PURCHASE: Shipping is not $1.00 (see below)
Due to its size and the cost of shipping, we'd prefer to keep this listing as a local pick-up only. We are not objectionable to shipping; however, please consider the fact that this is very large and falls within the balloon rate postage category for all of the couriers. Please contact us first to discuss. Alternately, if you live within 100 miles of Saint Louis, we can arrange for a local door-to-door delivery for a nominal fee. We also make it to Chicago and Nashville periodically, so we can always arrange a door-to-door delivery for either of those areas or anywhere in between.
