Large Framed Vintage "Pink Skies" Painting Signed Sanders Seascape Modern Art

Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage framed oil painting on stretched canvas by artist, Sanders. Circa '60s. The painting is titled "Pink Skies". The canvas is bordered by a thin cloth matting around the perimeter (see photos). The painting is signed by the artist in the lower right-hand corner of the canvas, and there is also a small brass plaque with the artist's name located at the bottom center (again, see photos). The painting bears most of an original paper tag on the back side with the title of the piece. It's a large painting that'll look great situated over a sofa, and is suitable for any interior space.

Measurements: Including the wooden frame, this piece measures approx. 30.75" tall x 54.75" wide. The visible canvas, excluding the frame, measures approx. 23.5" tall x 47.5" wide.

Condition: The painting itself is in very good condition - there are no rips, holes, tears, stains, repairs, etc. to the canvas. The cloth border around the canvas has some old moisture marks on it, mainly along the bottom (see photos) - they are faint, and are being mentioned for accuracy. We didn't attempt to clean them, so they may or may not come out. We chose to leave it alone is it's really not that bad or terribly noticeable, especially when hanging on a wall. The frame is structurally solid, with only minimal wear as can be expected from age. It displays well, and is ready to be enjoyed in a new home.
