Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a set of vintage bedside / table lamps with their original accompanying shades. Circa '60s. They have a sort of Hollywood Regency vibe to them. The bases each contain two stacked smoked acrylic pieces that look like carved gemstones (see photos). The square bases at the very bottom of the lamps are brass (see photos). Each lamp has a standard on/off rotary knob switch located at the socket for control. The shades are a plastic / fiberglass material with stitching. We are uncertain as to the maker of the lamps - not labels or tags remain that we can see. They'll make a nice addition to any modern interior setting.
Measurements: The lamps each stand approx. 24" tall (measured from the bottom of the base to the finial). The distance from the bottom of the base to the light socket is approx. 13.5" high. The brass base measures approx. 4.5" x 4.5". The two smoked gray stacked acrylic pieces together measure approx. 6" tall x 4" wide. The shade measures approx. 11" tall x 5" wide (top) x 3.5" deep (top) x 6.5" wide (bottom) x 4.5" deep (bottom).
Condition: Both lamps are in good condition. The only notable cosmetic flaw is that the bases show some signs of tarnishing in the form of spots (see photos). We have not attempted to clean or polish them, but with a little effort and some TLC, they should come out looking fine. There are no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. The shades are both in great shape with no problems to report - no chips, cracks, holes, breaks, burns, repairs, etc. The electrical wiring looks to be original, and is in fine shape, but we'd recommend having a licensed professional inspect the wiring prior to long -term use, just to be safe. Both lamps are in working order. They are being sold "as-is" and "as-described". If you have questions, please ask them prior to purchasing and we will happily respond back to you.
Thanks for looking.
