ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a very nice vintage sculptural table lamp. Circa '60s. The base is constructed of wood, and then on the interior there are brass rods that echo that bowed out shape of the wooden elements on the exterior. NOTE: The shade pictured is just for display and is not included in the sale as it would drive the shipping costs through the roof. If you wish to purchase the shade, contact us and let us know, but please keep in mind, it will raise the shipping cost significantly as it will have to travel in its own separate parcel. The lamp has a standard on/off rotary knob switch that is located at the socket. We are uncertain as to the maker of the lamp - there are no labels / tags present. It's a great vintage lamp that is ready to be enjoyed in a new home!
MEASUREMENTS: The lamp base measures approx. 33.5" tall (measured from then bottom of the round wooden base to the light socket) x 9.5" wide x 9.5" deep. The round base at the very bottom of the lamp measures approx. 8" in diameter. With the shade attached, the lamp stands approx. 47.5" tall. The shade itself measures approx. 19" tall x 13.25" in diameter (top) x 17" in diameter (bottom). Again, PLEASE NOTE - the listing is for the LAMP BASE ONLY. If you wish purchase the shade as well, we have no problem selling it; however, it will affect the shipping price.
CONDITION: The lamp base is in excellent condition - there are no chips, cracks, breaks, scratches, repairs, etc. The electrical wiring looks to be original, and it is in good shape - no frays, splits, exposed, hard / brittle wires. The lamp is in fully-functioning, working order. As with all vintage lighting, we always strongly recommend having the lamps inspected by a licensed professional prior to long-term use. It is being sold "as-is" - if you have questions, we do encourage you to ask them before purchasing, and we will respond back to you in a timely manner. All sales are final. Please bid with confidence.
