ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage plaster lamp with a reeded glass insert. Circa '50s. Colors: Green, Gray. Theme: Tropical, Plant-like. The lamp has a standard on/off rotary knob switch located at the socket. While we aren't 100% certain as to the maker, all signs point to it being a Reglor lamp (we just haven't ever encountered a Reglor that wasn't signed on the lower portion at the back side of the base). Either way, it's a great solid lamp that will be suitable for any interior setting. No shade present - up to the purchaser to provide on their own.
MEASUREMENTS: The lamp stands approx. 24.25" tall (measured at the bottom of the base to the top of the light socket x 8" wide (measured at the base) x 7" deep (measured at the bottom of the base). The ceramic portion alone measures approx. 21 tall x 8" wide x 7" deep. The reeded glass insert measures approx. 18" tall x 4.5" wide.
CONDITION: Good vintage condition - no chips, cracks, breaks, etc. There are two spots of minimal paint loss which can easily be touched up - one is on the lower back side of the lamp, and the other is where the reeded glass insert is (see photos). The electrical wiring looks good, and appears to be in good shape - there are no frays, splits, exposed, hardened / brittle wires. The lamp is in fully-functioning, working order. As with all vintage lighting, we always strongly encourage having the items inspected by a licensed professional prior to long-term use.
NOTE: The reeded glass panel will be removed from the base, and it will be wrapped separately with plenty of bubble wrap to keep it protected while in transit.
