ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a large vintage mid century metal / wire cow or steer wall hanging. Circa '50s. The entire piece is flat, with the exception of the coiled wire at the top of the head - that projects outward an inch or so. When purchased, we were told that the person's father sold dairy back in the day, and this was gifted by the dairy distributor to hang in their store as a promotional item. Color: Black. Materials: Wire, Metal. It's definitely cool - have never come across another quite like it.
MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 40" wide (end of horn to opposite end of horn) x 16" tall.
CONDITION: Good vintage condition. There is some color loss in spots, but nothing major. There is no rust, oxidation, broken welds, etc. - it is structurally intact, and displays well. Can be touched-up, if desired, or just left alone - we chose to leave it in the condition in which it was acquired. Please examine all photos closely as they constitute part of the item description. We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
