ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage atomic era planter and stand. Circa '50s / '60. Materials: Plastic / Iron. Color: Beige. The iron stand forms three hairpin legs which hold the planter in place. There are no signatures, tags or labels present, so we are uncertain as to who manufactured the planter. It is suitable for any modern interior space.
MEASUREMENTS: Measures approx. 15" tall x 13" in diameter.
CONDITION: Good vintage condition. Structurally there are no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. There is thin film of surface rust on the iron stand. It can easily be sanded and repainted - we'll leave that up to the winning bidder. There was a paint squiggle application on the exterior of the plastic shell - the color has warn away over time in many areas (see photos). There are no holes drilled into the bottom of the plastic shell, so it can be used either indoors or outdoors. It is being sold "as-is", and "as-described". We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
