Vintage Lamp Finial Clear White Floral Art Glass Brass Murano? Mid Century MCM 60s 70s

ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage art glass lamp finial. When we purchased it, we were told it was Murano, but we're not glass experts, so we're not 100% sure. Circa '60s / '70s. Color: Glass glass with a white floral design interior (see photos). The glass is affixed to a brass cylindrical base (again, see photos). No signatures or marks detected. Suitable for table lamps.
MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 4" tall x 1.75" wide x 1.75" deep. The brass cylinder portion makes up 1.25" of the total height.
CONDITION: Overall in good condition. There is one very tiny scratch mark (see first photo), and another minor ding, but neither is particularly glaring or noticeable unless one is really looking for them - they can most likely be buffed out. Aside from that, the glass is free from chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. The brass attachment cylinder does show signs of tarnishing (see photos, but no rust, oxidation, breaks, bends, etc.). It functions properly, and overall displays very nicely.
