ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a nice vintage iron table lamp. Circa '50s. Done in the style of Tony Paul. The lamp has a standard on/off rotary knob switch which is used to control the lamp. Just below the socket is a beige colored metal ball that serves as an accent piece. The lamp does not appear to be signed / labeled. There is no shade present - that'll be left up to the purchaser to provide on their own.
MEASUREMENTS: The lamp stands approx. 33" tall (measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the final) x 6" wide x 6" deep. The distance from the bottom of the base to the light socket is approx. 25" high. The round iron base at the bottom of the lamp is approx. 5" in diameter. The round metal beige ball just below the socket is approx. 3" round.
CONDITION: Very good vintage condition - there are no dents, dings, breaks, repairs, rust, oxidation, etc. There is minor paint loss to the iron rods, but nothing major - they're nominal, but being mentioned for accuracy. Can be touched up or just left alone as we did. The wiring looks to be original to the lamp, and it's in great shape - there are no frays, splits, exposed or brittle wires. The lamp is in fully-functioning, working condition. Displays nicely, and is ready for a new home. As with all vintage lighting, we always recommend having a licensed professional inspect before long-term use. Being sold "as-is", and "as-described". Please ask any questions that you may have prior to purchasing, and we will respond back to you in a timely manner.
