ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage lithograph print titled "Hale House, Los Angeles" by artist, P. Howard. Circa '70s. The artwork is framed within a thin edge gold metal frame, and there is a yellow colored matting surrounding the artwork. The artwork is titled, signed and dated (1970) along the lower border edge of the paper (see photos). There is a wire hanging mechanism affixed to the reverse side of the frame for hanging.
MEASUREMENTS: Including the frame, approx. 30.25" tall x 24.5" wide. The visible artwork alone, excluding the frame and matting, measures approx. 23" tall x 17" wide.
CONDITION: Very good condition - no rips, holes, tears, repairs, etc. The frame is structurally solid, and displays very well.
