ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a wonderful set of vintage HARRIS STRONG ceramic tile wall hanging plaques. Circa '60s. Colors: Multi-color. Each wall hanging consists of twelve (12) tiles, which when viewed together, form an abstract figural image (see photos). Neither appears to be signed, and the labels on the back are gone, but they are definitely designed by Harris Strong.
MEASUREMENTS: Including the frames, each measures approx. 48.5" tall x 16.25" wide. The ceramic together on each measure 36.5" tall x 12.5" wide. Each of the twelve tiles on each wall hanging measures approx. 6" x 6".
CONDITION: Both are in very good condition. The ceramic tiles are free from chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, scratches, etc. They display exceptionally well. The frames show light signs of wear that are consistent with age and handling, but nothing distracting. A little polish and they'll look like new. Each frame has four screw holes - two at the top, and two at the bottom - for mounting / display purposes. They are being sold "as-is" - if you have questions, we do encourage you to ask them before purchasing, and we will respond back to you in a timely manner. All sales are final. We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
