ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a framed vintage abstract print by Harris G. Strong. Circa '60s. Titled "Golden City". Colors: Gold, Maroon. The print is numbered (296/300) and signed "Strong" in graphite along the lower edge of the paper. The artwork is framed within a large gold-colored metal frame, and it displays almost as though one is looking into a window at the image. It's a beautiful piece of art that'll make a nice addition to any modern interior setting.
MEASUREMENTS: Including the frame, approx. 19" tall x 25" wide. The visible artwork alone, excluding the frame, measures approx. 6" tall x 10" wide.
CONDITION: Good vintage condition. There appears to be some faint spotting under the glass - we cannot tell if it is actually on the paper that the artwork is done on, or if it is on the glass itself (see photos). We did not attempt to remove the brown paper lining on the back side of the frame as it is intact, and still has the Harris Strong sticker label attached (again, see photos). It isn't terribly noticeable when hanging on a wall, but it is there and is being mentioned for accuracy. The gold metal frame is in overall very good shape - there are a few small surface scratches here and there, and a few light dings on the side edges, but nothing overly objectionable. The frame is structurally solid, and displays very well. There is a wire hanging mechanism on the back for hanging / display purposes. This item is being sold "as-is", and "as described" - if you have questions, we do encourage you to ask them before purchasing as all sales are final. Please bid with confidence.
