ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a a vintage abstract sculptural steel fire place log holder. Signed Pogue (Larry Pogue), '77. Materials: Steel (metal), Stone, and Rebar. It came from the estate of Charles "Chuck" Shoemaker who was another Missouri artist, and it was used outdoors. It'd look great outdoor for its intended purpose, or just as a sculptural element in a yard.
MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 62" long x 12" deep. The back is approx. 26" tall, and it slants down to approx. 18" tall at the front. The encased boulder is approx. 10" tall x 10" wide x 7" deep.
CONDITION: Aside from some surface rust in areas, it's in great shape, and structurally solid. A simple powder coating could be applied, or it can just be left alone as it is.
DUE TO SIZE AND WEIGHT, THERE IS NO SHIPPING ON THIS ITEM. LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY, UNLESS BUYER WISHES TO ORCHESTRATE AND PAY FOR HAVING A THIRD PARTY COURIER PICK-UP, PACKAGE, AND DELIVER THE ITEM, IN WHICH CASE WE CAN WORK WITH BUYER AND SAID COMPANY.
