ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale an original vintage chrome sputnik that was manufactured by Lightolier. Circa '60s. This sputnik has a total of 45-arms - it's mammoth in size! Each arm culminates in a clear round glass globe that surrounds the actual light bulbs. The fixture screams space age in design. The chrome ceiling canopy still retains the original UL labels which are attached (see photos).
MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 39" tall x 30" wide x 30" deep. The arms vary in size throughout which gives the overall fixture its shape.
CONDITION: Very good condition. The chrome is free from pitting, rust, oxidation, etc. It could use a good polishing / cleaning - there is a bit of surface dust throughout from being stored away. The glass globes are free from chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. The fixture is in working order - it just needs to be hardwired into place by an electrician, and it's good to go! It is being sold "as-is" - if you have questions, we encourage you to ask them prior to purchase, and we will respond back to you in a timely manner. Thanks for looking!
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the overall size and fragile nature of this fixture, it will have to ship in a few separate boxes - one will contain the fixture itself, while the other will contain the glass globe shades. Each of the shades will be individually wrapped as well, just as an extra precautionary measure.

We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
