Pair Vintage MCM Ceramic Brass Modern Atomic Era Lamps Mid Century Lighting 50s

ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a nice set of vintage table lamps. Circa '50s / '60s. The base consists of two ceramic pieces with curved brass wire accents pieces separating the two. The ceramic portion are an off-white / beige color with gold accents throughout. Everything rests atop a rounded black metal base at the very bottom of the lamps. Each lamp has a standard on/off rotary knob switch located at the socket. We are uncertain as to the manufacturer as there are no labels or tags present. No shades present - it'll be left up to the purchaser to provide their own.

MEASUREMENTS: Each lamps stands approx. 26" tall (measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the finial). The distance from the bottom of the base to the light socket is approx. 19.5" high. The ceramic portion of the base, including the round black metal base at the very bottom, is approx. 16.25" tall x 6" wide (at the widest point) x 6" deep (at the deepest point). The round black metal base at the bottom of the lamp is approx. 6" in diameter.

CONDITION: Both lamps are in great cosmetic condition. The ceramic portions are free from chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. There is a little gold accent color fading, but nothing drastic - it can easily be touched up or left alone. The one downside to one of the lamps is that one of the curly brass accent pieces is missing. The good news is that it is on the back side, so unless you turn the lamp around, one isn't good to notice. Alternately, it probably wouldn't be too difficult to have a new one made and attached. The round metal bases at the very bottom of the lamp shows a teeny tiny bit of color loss, but again - nothing drastic (see the photos). There are no dents, dings, breaks, etc. The electrical wiring appears to be original to both lamps, and it is free from having any issues - no frays, splits, exposed wires. The lamp is in fully-functioning, working condition. As with all vintage lighting, we always recommend having a licensed professional inspect before long-term use.
