ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale an amazing vintage textured abstract oil painting on stretched canvas. Titled: Odyssey (as Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome). Circa '90s. Style: Abstract / Surreal. Colors: Multi-color. Signed "Laffey"towards the lower right corner of the canvas (see photos). The back of the painting has the artist's name, title of the piece, and is dated '92. This was a recent estate purchase from the estate of Stan Jones, who owned the Judson House in St. Louis. He was an artist / restorer, and collector of art as well. This piece came from his personal collection of artwork, and is unframed.
MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 36" tall x 24" wide.
CONDITION: Good condition. There are no rips, holes, tears, repairs, etc. Displays light traces of wear that are consistent with age and handling. It could benefit from a gentle cleaning, but displays nicely in its current state. Being sold "as-is", and "as-described". We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
