ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a nice vintage ceramic table lamp. Circa '60s. The lamp features a faux brick appearance along its surface (see photos). While the round base at the bottom of the lamp looks like wood, it is actually metal designed to look like wood. The lamp features an on/off rotary knob switch at the socket. We are uncertain as to the manufacturer of the lamp - it does not appear to be signed. No shade present - it'll be left up to the purchaser to provide their own.
MEASUREMENTS: The lamp stands approx. 21" tall (measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the light socket) x 8" deep x 8" wide. The ceramic portion alone, excluding the faux wood metal base at the bottom, measures approx. 15" tall x 8" wide x 8" deep. The round metal base at the bottom of the lamp is approx. 7" in diameter. The lamp weighs approx. 5.9 lbs.
CONDITION: Very good condition - no breaks, repairs, dents, dings, scratches, etc. There are a few tiny spots of color loss in the faux brick area, but nothing that is distracting whatsoever. The lamp could benefit from a gentle cleaning, but it is pretty clean as it is in its current state. The lamp is in fully-functioning, working order. The electrical wiring is in good condition - no frays, splits, exposed wires, etc, and it looks to be original to the lamp. As with all vintage lighting, we always recommend having the wiring checked prior to long-term use. Being sold "as-is" - if you have questions, we do encourage you to ask them before purchasing as all sales are final. Please bid with confidence.
