ITEM(S): For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage forced perspective frame mirror from the 1950s. The angular frame is constructed of wood and is trapezoidal in shape, and it encases a horizontal mirror. There is a wire hanging mechanism on the reverse side for hanging. This item is solid, and carries a nice weight to it. It is suitable for all interior settings.
MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 35" wide x 16" tall. The frame has variable depth from the wall - the furthest being 3", and the closest being 2" (see photos).
CONDITION: Overall very good condition. The frame shows faint traces of wear that are consistent with age and handling. There are a few darkened spots which was are assuming may have been old moisture marks (see photos). They are barely visible, especially when hanging on a wall, but we wanted to point them out for accuracy. They can easily be sanded out and re-stained, if desired. They didn't bother us, so we just left them alone. The mirror has a few small dark marks on it, but nothing major whatsoever (again see photos). The frame and mirror are free from chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. Being sold "as-is, as-described". If you have any questions, we encourage them and will respond back to you in a timely manner.
