Vintage Clear Acrylic String Pendant Light Lamp Mid Century Paul Secon Sompex

ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale an amazing and large vintage star-shaped hanging pendant light fixture. Circa '70s. We're not 100% certain, but based on research, we believe this is possibly designed by Paul Secon for Sompex. Materials: Clear acrylic, nylon chord, chrome. The fixture has three light sockets attached to a chrome metal cylinder at the center of the fixture, each at a slightly different height. The fixture operates with a pull chain that ends in a round metal ball. There are no labels or tags attached. This fixture is suitable for any interior setting.

MEASUREMENTS: The fixture measures approx. 16" tall x 22" wide x 22" deep.

CONDITION: The fixture is in very goo, all-original condition - there are no dents, dings, chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. All of the nylon chord is taut and intact - nothing is loose or coming apart. The metal ball at the end of the pull chain has some discoloration / tarnishing, but it's nothing major. We have not attempted to clean and/or polish the fixture in any manner - we are presenting it for sale in the condition in which it was acquired. The fixture is in fully working order - it just needs to be hardwire into position by a certified electrician. The wiring is appears to be original, and should be inspected by a licensed electrician prior to long-term use.
