Vintage 70s Flexible Adjustable Black Gooseneck Desk Lamp Retro Lighting Mid Century Modern Seventies

Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a really cool vintage articulating gooseneck desk lamp that dates back to the 1970s. The round base is a hard plastic, as is the material around the flexible neck. Color: Black The protective shade / diffuser around the bulb is metal. There is an on/off metal pull switch located by the socket which is used to work the lamp. The neck is fully adjustable thus allowing the lamp to take on countless configurations. The lamp still retains its original Underwriters Laboratories label (see photo).

Measurements: Approx. 16" tall (when the neck is adjusted to being set at a right angle with the surface that the lamp rests on) x 6.75" wide (base) x 6.75" deep (base). Extended straight up, the lamp can reach 27.75" tall.

Condition: Good vintage condition. The round base shows signs of light scratches (see photos). No chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, dents, dings, rust, etc. The electrical wiring looks to be original to the lamp, and it is in good shape - no frays, splits, exposed or brittle wires, etc. The lamp is in fully-functioning, working condition.
