Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage abstract ceramic sculpture that is mounted onto a wooden base. We believe it dates back to the 60s, as everything else from the same estate was from the period. We've been told it looks like a nose, but we'll just leave it open to interpretation. There is a small brass plaque on the front edge of the base that has the artist's name: Ed III (see photo). The bottom of the wooden base also still retains original labelling (again, see photo).
Measurements: Approx. 7.5" tall x 4.75" wide x 3.5" deep. The wood base is approx. 1" tall, and the sculpture alone is approx. 6.5" tall.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition - no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, scratches, dents, dings, etc. Wood base can benefit from a gentle cleaning - we left it as it was acquired. Displays very well, and is ready for a new home.
