Vintage 50s 60s Plasto Chalkware Lamp Atomic Era Mid Century Modern Lighting Fifties Sixties

Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a super cool atomic era chalkware table lamp with round brass base. Manufactured by Plasto Mfg. Co. Circa '50s / '60s. The front side of the lamp has an amazing carved motif that guaranteed to catch some eyes! Colors: Brown, Orange, Beige, White. The back of the base is signed (see photo).

Measurements: Approx. 35" tall (measured from the bottom of the base to the finial at the top). It stands approx. 27" (measured from the bottom of the base to the light socket) x 8.5" wide (the widest point of the base). The bottom of the round brass base has a diameter of approx. 6".

Condition: Very good vintage condition - shows only the slightest signs of wear that would be considered commensurate with age and handing. It can use a gentle cleaning. There are no chips, cracks, breaks, dents, dings, repairs, etc. The brass base shows a gentle patina that is commensurate with age. The electrical wiring appears to be original to the lamp, and it is in good condition - no frays, splits, exposed wires, etc. The lamp is in fully functioning, working condition.
