Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage etching by artist, John Irwin Friedman. It it professionally framed, and we have not attempted to remove the artwork from the frame to examine it any further. Theme: San Francisco + Golden Gate Bridge. It is signed and dated in the lower right-hand corner (please see photos).
Measurements: Including the frame, approx. 20.75" tall x 8.75" wide.
Condition: Very good with no visible or notable problems to report. The frame shows gentle signs of wear that are commensurate with age and handling. There is a wire hanging mechanism on the reverse side for hanging. The black paper lining on the back side is slightly worn as well (again, see photos). It's ready for a new home!

We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
