Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage Sunset Book titled "Furniture You Can Build". Amazing period pieces throughout! As the cover states, there are 125 Furniture Projects, Indoor and Outdoor Pieces, Proven Tips on Technique, Furniture for Children, and 425 Photos and Drawings on the inside. A great reference book for the DIY'er in you, or if you just enjoy looking at cool pictures of furniture pieces of the past and their assembly.
Measurements: Approx. 8.25" wide x 10.75" tall.
Condition: Good condition. No pages missing, etc. There is some writing on the first page where it looks like someone's name was crossed out in marker, and there is also some writing along the edge of the pages when the book is closed (see photo). The cover shows some general signs of age related wear, as does the spine. Everything is intact, but we are mentioning these other things to be accurate.

We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
