Vintage 60s 70s Tensor Adjustable Metal Desk Lamp Mid Century Modern Lighting

Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale an adjustable vintage metal Tensor desk lamp. Circa '60s / '70s. Materials: Metal. The shade is brown, while the body of the lamp has siding in a faux wood appearance, with the front being gold tone. The lamp has two settings: Lo and Hi. It is marked on the underside of the base (see photos).

Measurements: With the shade fully extended upright, the lamp stands approximately 19" tall. The shade is approx. 4.5" in diameter (measured from the side to side). The rectangular base measures approx. 2.25" tall x 4.5" deep (measured along the bottom) x 2.5" wide (again, measured along the bottom).

Condition: Overall, the lamp is in very good condition. There are no dents, dings, repairs, etc. It could use a gentle cleaning. The bulb burnt out just prior to our taking photos, but the lamp is definitely in fully functioning working condition. A new bulb is relatively easy and inexpensive to replace - any lighting store or reputable hardware store will have one. The electrical wiring appears to be original to the lamp, and it's in great shape - no frays, splits, exposed wires, etc. The lamp is in fully functioning, working condition. As with all vintage lighting, we strongly recommend having the wiring check by a licensed professional prior to long-term use.
