Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a pair of sleek vintage sculptural wooden table lamps. Circa '50s / '60s. The lamps are unmarked, so we are not certain as to who the manufacturer might be. The bottoms of the bases have protective felt on them. The on/off rotary switches for both lamps are located by the light sockets, and they are slightly different in design - we're not sure if the previous owner replaced one at one point in time (see photos). Overall, they are super nice, they work, and they'll make a welcome addition to any mid century modern, atomic era or danish interior.
Measurements: Each lamp stands approx. 26" tall (measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the finial attached to the harp). The lamps are approx. 19" tall measured from the bottom of the base to the light sockets. The sculptural portion of the lamp is approx. 13" tall x 3.25" wide. The round wooden base at the bottom measures approx. 6" in diameter.
Condition: Both lamps are in excellent cosmetic condition - no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. The electrical wiring looks to have been replaced at one point in time, but it is in great shape - no frays, splits, exposed wires, etc. Both lamps are in fully-functioning, working order. As with all vintage lighting, we strongly recommend having the lamps inspected by a licensed professional prior to long-term use, just to be safe. Both are being sold "as-is" - please examine the photos accompanying the listing, and if you have any further questions, we will be more than happy to answer them for you.
