Vintage 60s Landscape Trees Painting Pastels Mid Century Modern Signed K. Lantz Framed

Item: For your consideration we are presenting a nice and large vintage oil painting done on canvas. Circa '60s. Theme. Landscape with trees done in a variety of pastel colors. The painting is framed in a gold colored metal thin edge frame, and the painting is signed by the artist at the lower right-hand corner of the canvas: K. Lantz (see photos).

Measurements: Including the frame, approx. 36.25" tall x 36.25" wide.

Condition: Very good condition, with no major problems to report. There is one very small scuff mark above the sun towards the top. It's very small (see photos). Not sure if it will come out or not - we did not attempt to try to clean it in any way as it did not bother us - we'll leave that up to the purchaser to handle, if so desired.
