Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a hand-painted studio pottery / stoneware lidded jar. Dates back to the '70s. Artist: John Deyoe, who was a student of Don Frith at the University of Illinois. The bottom of the base is signed and dated 7/13/72 (see photos).

NOTE: Please pardon any glare seen in the photographs as it was sunny when the pictures were taken.

Measurements: Measures approx. 6" tall (with the lid attached) or 4.75" tall (with the lid removed) x 3.75" wide (at its widest point). The round opening at the top measures approx. 3" in diameter (rim to opposite rim).

Condition: Excellent condition - no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. The glaze shows some signs of light crazing as can be expected with age - nothing distracting whatsoever, but being mentioned for accuracy. Being sold "as-is", so please examine all of the accompanying photos - if you have any questions, we do encourage them prior to purchasing, and we will respond back to you in a timely manner.
