Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a large and colorful vintage abstract oil painting done on canvas. Circa late '60s. The canvas is framed within a nice semi-ornate wooden frame... doesn't look cheap (see photos). Label on back reads" Hong Kong....at Tiger Balm Garden....Boat People of Aberdeen" (see photo). There is nice subtle texture to the painting, and it is signed on the front in the lower left-hand corner of the canvas. While we cannot clearly make out the signature, it looks like it is David Lang (again, see photos please).
Measurements: Including the wooden surround frame, approx. 29.75" wide x 24" tall.
Condition: Excellent condition - no rips, holes, tears, creases, stains, etc. The colors are on the painting are very nice, and they aren't faded. The frame is solid, and it is in great shape as well - no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. Shows only minimal signs of wear from age and handling. There is a wire hanging mechanism attached to the reverse side of the frame for hanging. Displays very well, and is ready for a new home. Being sold "as-is", so please ask any questions that you may have prior to purchase, and we will respond back to you in a timely manner.
