Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a LARGE rare original vintage oil painting done on artist board by artist, Gaston Tyko. Circa '60s. Theme: Abstract Clowns. The painting is signed "Gaston Tyko" in the lower left-hand corner of the painting. This painting will look fantastic in any mid century modern home!
Measurements: Including the wooden frame, this piece measures approx. 25.25" tall x 44.75" wide.
Condition: Very good condition - no rips, tears, creases, punctures, holes, etc. The paint along the lower edge of the painting shows some light crack marks that are consistent with age - everything is solid - there is no paint chipping away or anything of the sorts. It doesn't interfere with the display of the piece, and is solely being mentioned for accuracy (please see the accompanying photos). The vintage wooden frame shows only gentle signs of wear that are commensurate with age and handling - nothing objectionable whatsoever - it is structurally solid and functions as it was meant to do. There is presently a wire hanging mechanism attached to the back side of the frame for hanging. We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
